Key Responsibilities:
1.Attending to customer complaints and doing preventive maintenance.
2.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3.Ensuring high level of internal customer satisfaction.
4.Project Execution & Project Monitoring.
5.Managing Projects with Engineers and guiding them for smooth execution of the projects.
6.Installation and Commissioning.
7.Providing necessary technical info towards the project execution.
8.Planning of the projects and coordinating with other internal teams towards deliveries, drawings etc.,
9.Doing project meetings along with respective team and sales people.
10.Quality Check on project delivery and installation at sites.
